AUTOMATIC LINES FOR PARQUET OR PANELS INTERMEDIATE LAYER PRODUCTION
EILFNY Mod. 450 - 750 - 1000
This automatic line makes a panel by joining wooden strips together, and introducing a nylon thread inside them. This type of panel finds a wide range of applications in the making of compound panels where the total closing uniformity of the middle panel is not required (as for example multilayer parquet) but increases the elasticity if the final panel.
The line includes a strip loader, a panel pre-composition station, a composition and compaction station, a travelling device that locks the panel and shifts it lengthwise, a cutting and thread introducing unit which attaches the nylon thread inside the panel during the shift of the panel. A strip positioner is available in option, to introduce a strip of different type or dimensions, at the front and at the end of the panel.
The line productivity is approximately one panel every 30 seconds with a single operator.
