AUTOMATIC PRESSING LINES FOR LAMINAR BEAMS OR PANELS PRODUCTION

The standard equipment of these plants include a composition surface of the laminar beams or panels to be guided,, with motorised belt and thrusting carriage to introduce the panels into the press lengthwise, and a pneumatic press with working pressures reaching up to 18 kg/cm2 on the side horizontal axis.
The standard dimensions of such plants refer to the press bed and are divided into two categories mainly differentiated by the maximum working width of 700mm or 1000mm for lines mainly intended for the production of laminar beams and of 1300mm lines mainly intended for the production of laminar panels:

The minimum working thickness is 10mm, the maximum working thickness is 100mm or 200mm according to whether the line is equipped with one or two rows of side thrust cylinders. The glue polymerisation system can be of the hot plate type, through water or diathermic oil heating systems, or of the high frequency type, through generators of our production; the working cycle can he automatic or manual: in both cases, it is controlled by a PLC, and an operator interface allows to enter the data necessary to the cycle setting..
The lines can also be equipped with automaic or manual vertical and/or horizontal pressure distribution, special loaders for laminar panels with working speeds up to 120m/mm, semi-automatic or automatic loaders for laminar beams, rear cutters for laminar panels or beams, unloaders-stackers and automation system for feeding and unloading with other machines.
