Spreading rollers, covered in special antiacid rubber, ground and furrowed, hardwearing, as they are made with a rational thickness of rubber it is possible to carry out up to 6 - 7 grindings, they are easy and quick to assemble.
Spreading, precise and uniform on both tops of the panel, or on one to only.
Special shockabsorbers, on the roller supports, allow the rollers, an automatic opening depth, so as to spread panels of different thicknesses within 5 mm. they also compensate for eventual difference of parallelism of the panel.
Dosing uniform of the glue by a rectified distribution tank, in sheet iron, with very quick extraction to allow cleaning.
Collecting tank of the glue and roller washing water, in galvanized sheet iron, extractable, to facilitate cleaning.
Safety protection, in sheet metal on the rollers and the glue distribution tank, double emergency bars "Front and Back", a sheet metal protection prevents the introduction between the rollers of any object of a thickness of more than 5 mm. in comparison to the transit established, so ensuring the maximum safety to the operator.
Electric installation, in a watertight case with fuses, thermal switch to protect the motor and transformer.
