HIGH FREQUENCY CAPACITIVE GENERATORS FOR BENDING AND GLUE POLYMERISATION

High frequency generators have a wide range of applications in the wood sector, mainly in glue polymerisation executions, such as:
- Quick glue polymerisation in strip or laminar gluing plants
- Quick glue polymerisation in multilayer curve gluing plants
- Quick glue polymerisation in parquet and related components manufacturing plants;
The high frequency action reduces the polymerisation time by about 90% with respect to cold traditional systems, thus increasing greatly the productivity of the lines it is applied to; our capacitive generators are classified according to the output power, from a minimum of 10KW to a maximum of 100KW on standard generators of:
- access doors with safety locks
- double protecting screens
- condenser quick unloading systems in case of access
- operator?s control panel and regulation
