EURO - Hz was established in the 70's on the far-sighted initiative of Fratelli Benedetto C.& S, technicians specialised in the design of special plants for high frequency heating of dielectric and non dielectric material
In 1994, in view of the constant increase of the turnover the company manager deemed it appropriate to widen the production in order to fulfil the continuous requirements for complete turnkey plants, mainly from foreign customers. This development led to a merger with another company specialised in the production of wood presses.
In nearly 25 years of activity, EURO-Hz has fulfilled over 1000 delivery orders worldwide, in the 5 continents.
The production of EURO - Hz encompasses various sectors such as:
- High frequency generator for wood and metal working.
- Metal heating and surface and through hardening plants
- Synthetic diamond welding plants
- high frequency generators for laminar gluing
- wood-block flooring noble layer forming plants
Over the last few years, the company has developed a specific experience in the design of
wood-block flooring composition plants, a field in which we can boast the creation of some innovative machines such as a special press that performs the quick gluing of the wood laths that make up the noble surface of pre-finished flooring (2100 x 210 x 4 mm, automatically
assembled and glued every 10"). A second special press capable of sewing the wood laths of the intermediate layer and a third special press for the final assembly of the 2, 3 or 5 layers of flooring.
The above machines form a line which, combined with the gluing machines and other auxiliary machines, can guarantee a production of 700 square metres of flooring at each work shift at a competitive price.
