Some working examples of ours systems:
These generators have two main applications: the first application is the welding of small pieces a few millimetres thick which, due to their small dimensions, are wholly immersed in the electromagnetic field; this allows a quick and homogeneous heating of their whole section, an optimal condition for a proper welding without differentiated heat areas; the second application is in surface hardening operations on pieces requiring a different hardness only in some limited areas.
High frequency generators have a wide range of applications in the wood sector, mainly in glue polymerisation executions
Accurate and uniform spreading with any type of glue, excellent technical characteristics, added to the high practicalness,
functionality and safety for the operator, place it at the forefront among the 2 roller glue spreaders.
This automatic line makes a panel by joining wooden strips together, and introducing a nylon thread inside them. This type of panel finds a wide range of applications in the making of compound panels where the total closing uniformity of the middle panel is not required (as for example multilayer parquet) but increases the elasticity if the final panel.
The line performs the composition, automatic gluing and piling of panels making up the parquet top layer. Its main components are three automatic strips loaders with nine containing tanks, adjustable according to the strips dimensions and the required composition, a glue spreading unit controlled by a motorised roll, a precomposition bench, a double press compartment, an automatic unloader-stacker and a special high frequency generator.
Very high vertical thrust presses (up to 18 Kg/cm2 maximum) designed to glue different layers of multilayer parquet, are equipped with motoruzed loading belt and a special high frequency generator. In option, they can be equipped with a three-axis thrust both for gluing the boards that make up the upper layer and for gluing this upper layer to the lower layer.
The standard equipment of these plants includes a preparation surface for the panels to be glued, with automatic feeding system of the glue spreading unit, a glue spreading unit controlled by motorised rolls or pneumatic pump, with working speeds between 30 and 120 m/min., a panel composition surface equipped with a press-introduction carriage, and a pneumatic press with working pressures reaching 18 kg/cm2 on the horizontal axis.
The standard dimensions of these plants
The standard equipment of these plants include a composition surface of the laminar beams or panels to be guided,, with motorised belt and thrusting carriage to introduce the panels into the press lengthwise, and a pneumatic press with working pressures reaching up to 18 kg/cm2 on the side horizontal axis.
This type of presses can have various sizes and pressures, accordingly with client indications.
Standing presses and lamina presses belong to two different types of press and do not have the same applications. In fact, standing presses are recommended for the slight curving of heartwood or for curved gluing in multi-layers, while lamina presses are recommended for sharp curves of duly vaporised heartwood (for which we can supply the complete system of steam generator and vaporisation tunnel).
Straightening press is suitable for canes with diameter of 30mm. minimum. Working cycle, depending from diameter, is of about 20-30 minutes.
Bending working cycle, (wth steaming and heating) is of about 40-60 minutes.
